With extensive training and experience, we offer a wide range of support such as comfort measures, education, mindfulness techniques, relaxation, movement, and positioning.

Your birth doula support can include:

  • Comfort and pain management techniques.
  • Yoga for labor and delivery.
  • Assistance in leading you on the path to create and follow your birth plan.
  • Medical translation and helping find information regarding your care.
  • Staying by your side the entire process up until a couple hours after birth.
  • Emotional support to birthing parent and partner.
